How about uh, like bugs/insects. I saw a similar video on an "unexplained" type tv show once - except it was in daylight. There were these same type of lines across the video but in this case you could see that they were obviously flying insects. Obvious except to those producing the show that insisted that these were unexplainable orbs of light. Sheeesh.

Now I'm not saying that's what was in your videos but that's what it looks like to me. Of course I don't own a night vision cam or I'd test it out to see what flying bugs look like and compare. Anyways, interesting accent. :)

Big Screen TV: LCD or Plama? Which Brand?

anyone with personal experience concerning big screen tv's?

I just got a 52" Mitchybitchy LCD a couple of weeks ago and the HD service a couple of days ago. Big Tex is right about getting hooked on the HD. The screen still isn't big enough though - drive in theater size would be about right. The weather channel would be so awesome at that size! ;)
The salesman told me this was an "entry level television". ????? What the hell?? I guess after I learn better how to watch TV then I'll upgrade but how much does a full fledged televison cost?

this mornings events have got me thinking about things.

i love peanut butter, not the sweet kind but i like the old fashioned peanut butter, usually laura scudder's with no sugar or preservatives - it just tastes better imo.

i put it on everything including pancakes which are really good with peanut butter and maple syrup.

black eyed peas are really bland tasting and we used to have them alot when I was little so I did - and still do - sprinkle a little sugar on them and then them's some good eatin'. Just about everyone thinks I'm nuts for that but hey.

for a quick snack I used to grab ritz crackers and spread mayo on them. I thought they were good way back when but it doesn't sound so good anymore.

would you come back the organization if all disfellowshipping/other punitive actions were completely reversed?

if you came back would it be for association with friends and family only?

what policy and behavioral changes would the society need to make to "entice" you back?.

Well this is interesting. Just today I was thinking of asking the same question because I wondered how many here might head back if the WT got a wild hare and were to fess up and be honest about themselves and their past. Yeah, I know...as if. It seems to be quite unanimous against.

lets just say that the jw teaching regarding armageddon, living forever were true.. and lets say that many on this forum who still attend meetings somehow survive.. you don't agree with the teachings.

you may not even like many others who survive.

why would you want to live with the kind of people who continually judge others actions?

Uzzah; very funny! The jw's would probably leave a WT, dust off their feet and move on to the next cloud. Nothing would phase them. In fact, they would probably see it as new light and say that now their mission is to preach to heaven - they'd have another "generation" doctrine. :)
